Base building and fit-up of a 50,000 m2 office complex comprising of multiple buildings. The buildings were fitted up to accommodate a variety of occupancies including administrative offices, conference centers, high-tech labs, and data centers. The mechanical & electrical systems included provisions for increased cooling demand, high occupant load, and emergency/UPS power demand. The mechanical & electrical system design was more than 25% better than the model National Building Code energy requirement and because of that, qualified for the CBIP incentive program.
