Electrical systems consist of a Client owned min-substations and power distribution with 150 kW diesel standby generators. The mechanical & electrical design features included energy Star lighting, LED accent lighting on towers. Energy-efficient dark sky compliant site lighting with photo sensor and BAS control. High efficiency condensing domestic hot water, high efficiency modulating boiler, energy-efficient hybrid cabinet heat pump units with individual control.
