Two (2) storey, 35,000 sq.ft. major renovation to accommodate the Counties administration department with leasable areas and multiple tenants including a provincial EMS response team. The building utilized rooftop unit, variable air systems with washroom exhaust, service bays and IT rooms. The challenges with this building were the re-use of structure and coordination with new services to accommodate new requirements. A portion of the building was fit-up as the EMS dispatch for the Renfrew area and housed an ambulance garage and associated office and administration for this location.
