Robert Lefebvre Celebrates 25 Years

Robert is a Senior Design Engineer. He graduated from Concordia University with a bachelor’s in Building Engineering in 1993, joining GWAL in 1996.

Congratulations to Robert Lefebvre, who recently celebrated his 25th year at GWAL!

It would be an understatement to say that we feel blessed with Robert’s contributions as a Partner and Leader for our team. He is a role model for GWAL’s 65+ Engineers & Designers, in our pursuit of delivering quality design services and building strong client relationships.

Integrity, quality and consistency are words that describe a few of Robert’s strengths, and it’s how he demonstrates these qualities in his leadership that inspires all of us to climb another level of excellence every day.

Robert not only manages a large team and portfolio of projects at GWAL, he also leads our professional knowledge and skills development efforts. Through monthly training sessions for our mechanical and electrical engineering staff, he ensures we equip our team with the skills they need to provide outstanding services for clients.
