Mechanical systems include a high-efficiency central heating plant. High efficient central domestic hot water system. Units are provided with a 2-pipe fan coil with integral ERV for exhaust energy recovery. The cooling plant is a central high-efficiency chiller with winter free-cooling.

Electrical design features include high-efficiency fluorescent & LED fixtures. Electrical distribution and equipment utilize energy star equipment such as low loss dry transformers.

Sustainable features include low flow plumbing fixtures, stormwater retention, high-efficiency boiler and domestic water main circulating heaters, variable frequency drives for main circulating pumps and booster pumps and a high-efficiency chiller with free-cooling.
